I usually work in my office, but on the days when I’m feeling cold, a little under the weather, or just want a change, I shake things up.

This New Year on January 1st, my husband, my two youngest, and I celebrated by building snowmen in our back yard.

I’ve researched them, read about them in books, seen them in movies, and written them in to my books. Now I’ve finally seen a 3D printer at work on my last trip to Austin.

Since my oldest son moved to Austin, Texas, I’ve developed an interest in the city. I love the architecture and especially Lady Bird Lake and the Colorado River. They also have great brisket and pizza!
